Milton woman arrested for harassment

Milton Police have arrested a 28-year old Milton woman for harassment and violation of probation. Police had investigated a phone harassment in which police say Susan Carr called the victim five times--three times while police were present. Carr was taken to SCI. She was barred from calling the victim with an active no contact order from Superior Court, which she violated.
