Maj. Joseph Papili named acting DSP Superintendent |

His retirement is effective tomorrow – and this afternoon, State Police Superintendent, Colonel Thomas Mac Leish has appointed Major Joseph Papili as Acting Superintendent of the Delaware State Police to over see the day to day operations. A new colonel will be appointed by the Governor’s office.
