Only a handful of states can legally have sports betting - and Delaware is one of them.  Now New Jersey Governor Jon Corzine has formally joined a lawsuit that seeks to overturn a federal ban on sports betting in New Jersey and 45 other states.  Corzine says the ban puts New Jersey at an economic disadvantage because it is denied a revenue stream allowed to four other states, including Delaware. And that it’s essential to ensure that the casino and horse racing industries in New Jersey remain competitive.
