Road rage at Maryland intersection PDF Print E-mail
Saturday, 24 October 2009

According to Maryland State Police a driver punched another driver in the face several times at the intersection of Route 40 and Chesapeake Boulevard. According to one officer, the attacker believed the driver of the other vehicle had cut him off over the state line in Delaware. Trooper First Class Jason Proctor said that it appeared that 44-year old Michael Miller would need stitches for his injuries, but he refused treatment, preferring to drive himself to the hospital. He said two people witnessed the assault and provided the information to police.

After the beating, the man sped off in a black Ford F-150 pick up with a Delaware License Plate
