Philly has new cell phone laws |

If you’re planning a trip to Philadelphia to catch a World Series or football game - AAA advises you that a new ban on the use of hand-held cell phones and text messaging by drivers takes effect this week. The ban doesn’t just pertain to cars – but also operators using a skateboard, scooter, inline skates or bicycle in the City.
