Vehicle collision at intersection; multiple injuries |

Here is the very latest on a crash that happened last evening at the intersection of Route 9 and Route 5. Police say a vehicle driven by 59-year old Daniel Zacharias of Harbeson did not stop for the red light. This led to a collision between the vehicle he was driving and another vehicle driven by 54-year old Manezal Greer of Lewes. That caused Greer’s vehicle to rotate clockwise ---and another car driven by 80-year old Jayne Smith hit Greer’s vehicle. All three were taken to Beebe with non-life threatening injuries. Charges are coming.
