Harrington Police have arrested a 22-year old George Ottinger of Harrington who was found to be wanted out of Kent County Court of Common Pleas for not paying for a drug charge and resisting arrest and also out of Justice of the peace Court for not appearing there for the charges of criminal impersonation, resisting arrest, underage possession and consumption of alcohol--and drunk driving. He was also wanted out of Kent County family court for not paying for criminal mischief. Ottinger is now at SCI in Georgetown.
