Access to Rehoboth beach and the boardwalk will be limited in some areas for visitors as Reconstruction of Rehoboth Beach's boardwalk is now under way.  Crews began demolition of an old concrete section on Monday tomake way for a southern yellow pine boardwalk.  Boardwalk committee chairman Stan Mills say the boardwalk is expected to be rebuilt and open in time for Memorial Day weekend, 2010.
