Salisbury PD find man who reported a burglary - was the burglar |

Early this morning Salisbury Police were called to a business at Route 50 and Naylor Street for a burglary. 45 year old Augustine Cepeda of Salisbury told police he witnessed the burglary just after 5am. While police investigated – they found it was actually Cepeda who broke into the business. He faces several charges.
