Delmar man shot after chase in Maryland |

A Delmar, Delaware man is dead after Maryland State Police saw him early this morning driving the wrong way on Route 50 near Kent Narrows. Police from several agencies gave chase before 37 year old Christopher Hale ended up in a ditch north of Church Hill. As police approached Hale – he pulled a gun and four other officers opened fire – killing Hale. All four officers have been placed on administrative leave.
