Jury recommends death for Millsboro man |

Last week a Georgetown jury found 46 year old Emmett Taylor of Millsboro guilty in the 2007 first degree murder of his fiancé, Stephanie Mumford. This week, by a vote of 11 to 1, the jury has recommended the death sentence. The judge will have the final say and sentencing is set for January 8 in Sussex County Superior Court.
