A Milford woman was arrested early yesterday morning after she collided with a guard rail at the Mispillion River Draw Bridge – left the scene – and then hit a curb on Beechwood Avenue.  Police say 28 year old Raydia Johnson left a trail of debris between the crashes and was driving on blown tires.   She is charged with DUI and numerous other offenses.
