Atkins Waive Preliminary Hearing

John Atkins, through his Dover Attorney Alexander Funk, waived his preliminary hearing this morning in the Sussex County Court of Common Pleas.
The felony case will now move onto Sussex Superior Court. Atkins will face hearings later in August on the misdemeanor charges in the Sussex Court of Common Pleas and Justice of the Peace Court # 2.
Atkins remains in custody at the James T. Vaughn Corrections Center in Smyrna.
