Barricade Situation in Dover

Dover Police were called to the Cedar Chase Apartments Saturday morning for a domestic incident where a man held a knife to a woman and threatened to kill her.  The victim was able to get out and call police, but when police tried to contact 41 year old Kaaba Chambers inside, they found the main door heavily barricaded.  Police tried to contact Chambers for about 3 hours and eventually deployed robots inside.  Police made entry into the apartment and found Chambers dead in a bathroom of an apparent suicide.  His body has been turned over to the Office of Forensic Science.
