All we need is a law that requires all employers to verify the social security number of anyone they employ. This is a free service provided by the federal government. The only reason I can see for the representatives to shun this idea is because big companies like Perdue and others want the illegal workers and are paying to keep laws like this off the books. I guess I do not understand why our elected officials are doing nothing.
