Delaware Citizens for Immigration Control
January 5th, 2007 by Jared MorrisElsmere Councilman John Jaremchuk (who ran unsucessfully in the 13th representive district in 2006) has formed a new state-wide organization called “Delaware Citiznes for Imigration Control” to deal with the problems caused by illiegal immiagrants in the first state.
Jaremchuk says meetings will most likely be held in Kent County. Delaware Citizens for Immigration Control are currently seeking like-minded Delawarians as new members state-wide.
Jaremchuk championed the cause against illegal immigration in a 2005 proposed Elsmere town ordinance which would fine landlords and employers for knowingly employing or housing illegal immigrants.
Jaremchuk says that the problems facing Delaware in the illegal immigration struggle effect us all.
“These problems run the gamit from anything from code violations; being too many people living in a residential unit, to parking on grass, all the way up to gang problems and murder resulting from gang problems,” Jaremchuk tells WGMD. “In addition to that you’ve got the economic problems caused by it, which is depressing the wages of indiduals who are US citizens. Also, the cost of healthcare, which effects all of us. Also, the cost of education.”
Jaremchuk says that illegal immigration has fostered the growth of gangs up-state Delaware. He says the recent controversy regarding gangs on Delmarva is a moot discussion. Speaking from his upstate experience, he says it’s simply a matter of time before a gang presence is felt in Sussex County.
“They want to bury their heads in the sand and say we don’t want to see a problem, therefore we don’t see a problem,” he says. “As far as MS-13 is concerned, to say they won’t be in our area or not in our area right now, I think is playing the ostrich roll.”

I suggest we do not solicit/buy from/do business with/ Companies and Corporations that take unfair advantage in employing low cost people.
This makes them tons of money. This makes you pay for the Hospital/Medical/Education/Housing/Prisons/Jails/etc. that drive up the real costs. Not ot mention the damage to the environment, national parks, and playgrounds of near extinct animals.

I am proud of Mr. Jaremchuk for taking a stand on the “ILLEGAL ALIENS” in our state. I’m tired of my tax dollars being used to give them free health care, pay for their ANCHOR to be dropped, getting welfare and food stamps at the cost of the AMERICAN taxpayers. Hiring teachers to teach them english, again at the cost of the AMERICAN taxpayer.
Oh, I guess it’s OK to drive around without a valid drivers license and no car insurance. I can’t get away with that, but again, I’m not “ILLEGAL’.
Doing jobs AMERICANS wouldn’t do. What a joke! The raid on Swift proved that statement wrong.
I would very much like to see The State of Delaware take a stand on this issue as did Georgia, Colorado, Texas and a number of other states. Enter a contract with Border Security and train our State Troopers and police to be agents. This way we can round up the “ILLEGALS” and free our state of the criminals that they are. What’s so hard about that?
In closing, keep this in mind…..
To enter this country is a PRIVILEGE…not a RIGHT!
