I had Mr. Infante on the radio show today to go further in depth on his children’s disappearance.

How many times has this frank been arrested??? Didn’t his first wife in delaware county PA file for a Protection From Abuse order TOO in the early 90’s. The delaware family courts issused a Protection from abuse order to the kids in January 07 protecting them from frank sr !!!! How many times did missy go to the hospital for injuries from “falling down the steps ???†in kent general/crozer hosp/riddle hosp/ Philadelphia hospitalS ???? How many past broken bones show up on her xrays? Around Six or more !!! No wonder she said she is not coming back according to frank!!!! If someone told the pagans (motorcycle gang) that I was going to rat them out for their drug deals so that they would try to kill me I would run too !!! Missy stopped showing up to court out of intimidation from this man and that is THE ONLY REASON HE WAS GRANTED CUSTODY was because missy was not there to defend her and HER children. All the while he can play the innocent father that just wants to care for his kids. Didn’t the bar frank owns lose it’s liquir license because of MULTIPLE VIOLATIONS and they could not apply for another one because franks WHOLE family have DUI’S and criminal records. Franks DUI was in Aston Pa (mid 90’s) when he hit an off duty police officer and then drove away not knowing if he just killed someone !!!! Check with the schools in smyrna and see how MANY days the kids missed school when they were in franks temporary custody before he was arrested AGAIN. Even when he sent them there they were not dressed properly ie… jacket/gloves in the middle of winter. Check the kids medical records and see that when missy received custody of the kids when frank was arrested that the youngest had pneumonia !!!! Also how controling does someone have to be to have both his kids named after him?????? Sounds like frank is trying to campange again “for his kids safetyâ€. And for the record Missy does not have a drug problem or a psych history but I guess you can say whatever you want when the other person isn’t around so that you can get the public to feel that you are a victim.

Hi, my name is Carolyn S. Reed and I am Frank Infante’s fiancé. I am not one to hide behind a computer as I want everyone to know exactly who I am. I have been by Frank’s side since the end of June ’06. I am speaking out to tell all of America the facts. I have lived this nightmare with Frank and seen Melissa’s deceptions first hand. Here are the facts and unlike others I will not state anything that I can not substantiate with factual evidence. Melissa certainly never appeared afraid of Frank when she would repeatedly come to our home asking Frank for money or seeking his advice. Frank, against my wishes would always give her a break and I told him many times that his kindness would be used against him. Each time the children would return from visiting with there mother they would have another story that there mother had told them in an attempt to belittle there father. Frank being the better man never responded by telling the children anything negative about there mother and would typically dismiss her actions. In private he always felt bad for her and was always hoping that she would get her act together. The truth is that Frank is an awesome father and I could not ask for a better man. If you have any questions as to Melissa’s substance abuse problems just drive to Smyrna and ask anyone, as her bizarre actions were a constant topic of conversation in this small town. Make no mistake it was Frank that was constantly caring for the children while Melissa continued her endless party. I know that Frank has avoided publicizing much of the overwhelming evidence against Melissa for the children’s sake and I respect that. Although if these types of absurd attacks continue I for one will be urging him to release what ever is necessary as to let the truth be known although I hope for Melissa’s sake that, that does not become necessary..
I caught this on the web and told Frank he should reply, but he felt that the statements made by thetruthhurts where too juvenile for him to waist his time with. I on the other hand wanted to respond.
You may believe that the truth hurts but I believe that the truth shall set you free so here it is!
I will address each statement made by the person above that could not put their name to their absurdities.
1. Melissa made many false accusations in an attempt to cover up for her own actions and frank has continually proven those accusations to be false, so the question is how many times was Frank Guilty of anything,
NOT SIMPLY ACUSSED BY AN UNSTABLE INDIVIDUEL.
2. I did not know Frank’s first wife but I imagine their was some friction as they were getting divorced who cares and obviously a marriage that ended twenty years ago has no barring on this situation.
3. Not true Melissa once again used false allegations to block the Family courts orders that Frank was to have primary residency with the children and then after those charges were dismissed filed them again in another court simply to give her time to run as she knew she could not substantiate her accusations.
4. I don’t know how many times Melissa fell down the steps but people on crack cocaine and alcohol do tend to fall down a lot. I must admit you are however correct Frank did put Melissa in several medical facilities twice for overdosing, once for carving her body up with a knife while on crack and several times for mental problems.
5. I know nothing of any motorcycle club or their involvement in any supposed illegal activities but it once again sounds like Melissa may have gotten her self in trouble with someone. Once again Melissa is the poor little victim right? Most people don’t have knowledge about such things and as such do not have to run away from supposed drug dealers if such a situation exists. By the way is Melissa afraid of Frank or is she running from a deal gone wrong that she was involved in. As usual Melissa is using others to mask the reality of her actions.
6. Melissa never intended to show up in court as she knew she did not have a chance of winning custody when all the facts were presented and her recent actions clearly show her intent. Frank was prepared to proceed in court and when the case was to be herd it was Melissa that was nowhere to be found. If anything you have stated could be proven then why didn’t she show up and prove it I would have!
7. Frank’s families’ history is irrelevant but for the record they do not have this tremendous criminal record of what you speak. Further more it was the family’s decision to close one of their establishments due to the smoking ban and other factors that they felt made it a losing proposition the license was NOT TAKEN it was relinquished at their request and again what does that have to do with these children.
8. Yes Frank got a DUI when he was nineteen or twenty and he has never had one since so what. Franks now twenty year old first and only DUI did not involve an accident and it did not even happen in Aston so again you are wrong or lying.
9. The children received straight A’s with the exception of one B under their fathers care so go ahead and check those school records.
10. Blatant lie Frank’s kids were amongst the best dressed in the state and everyone knows it.
11. Pneumonia!!! Not true check the records Frank jr. had been diagnosed with a bronchial infection while in Franks care and was on medication at the time for that problem it was a common infection that was going around at the time. So go ahead and check the medical records I would be glad to share them with you as I was with Frank when he took both children to the doctors and I have a copy of that report.
12. I assume Melissa was around when they named both their children and I happen to think Frankie Rose is a beautiful name and I resent you insulting this beautiful little girl’s name. You should worry more about your children’s names and stay out of other peoples choice in names it is non of your business and it is irrelevant.
13. What is wrong with a Father caring about his children’s safety are you serious? I would be seriously concerned if he were not “campaign†as you put it for his children’s safety get real.
14. I guess it depends on your perspective but most people would say that constant usage of crack cocaine and other substances is a problem. Melissa’s drug use is well documented so you might want to get up to speed on the facts before you speak. Didn’t her brother Nathan put her in Chester Crozer Physiological center for both Drug addiction and mental instabilities?
15. First of all the fact that she is not around to defend her actions appears to have been her choice. The fact that she is not around is the whole point, what part of that are you missing. Frank is the victim and has been the victim this would explain Melissa’s multiple CONVICTIONS in regards to her actions. It is by the way Melissa that is again being sought by law enforcement on a national level not Frank. If Melissa does not come forward soon she will wind up being charged on a federal level if you are a member of Melissa’s Family or a friend of Melissa’s as you obviously are, then you had better tell her to come forward now before she winds up in a federal penitentiary. This story is going national and Frank now has the assistance of local and federal authorities, numerous bounty hunters, the public, national radio and television programs, The National center for Missing and Exploited Children, large televised sporting events, etc and he is just gearing up. If you are aiding Melissa in this abduction and her most recent deception, it will come out so I hope you are prepared to be arrested as an accessory to a federal crime.
Unfortunately it is often the case that the victim of a serious crime will be further victimized by slanderous and absurd statements such as those you have made. I have an idea, why don’t you dedicate some of your time to finding these children as so many others are and stop spouting such ridiculous accusations against a man who has always and always will put his children’s welfare above his own. By the way this story is about two missing children you might want to stay on the issue at hand as opposed to slinging mud at Frank even going back to when he was a teenager. Sounds to me like you’re the one campaigning but the public will never be able to vote for you as you don’t tell anyone who you are! Of course I’m pretty sure I know who you are as I know the usual suspects for such an attack. How about you come out head to head with Frank on the air and will see who can substantiate there position. I won’t hold my breath waiting! We are going to find these children and your nonsense will not deter that.
YOU CAN COUNT ON THAT!!!
Melissa if you read this and you understand what is about to happen please find the strength to do the right thing and come forth. I know that Frank’s concern is only for the children and I know you know that. Don’t let this situation get any worse you obviously can’t be on the run with the kids forever and the only logical thing to do is to proceed through the courts. If you come forth now I will do anything I can to bring about a sensible solution to this situation for everyone’s sake. You have my word as a mother and as a woman. If you contact me I will help you through this. It can be handled at this point please don’t put yourself in a situation where no one can help you.

Carolyn Isn’t your first fiance’ in jail? Don’t you have a criminal record too? Anyway I will try to sift though the lies and respond to what I can understand.
1 Frank has been found in the court of law to be GUILTY of many things. I will try to list at least some of the violations he was convicted of. 1 Hit and run in Aston PA 19014 in the early 90’s . 2 DUI resulting in frank losing his license(has he got one yet?). 3 Illegal gambling. 4. Violating the original PFA against him several times( although I will only count this as one) 5. 9 Smoking violations from the bar. 6. There are more but there is no need to go into all the details.
2. You basically admitted that another person had a PFA against frank too. Most normal people have NO PFA filed against them yet alone two or more.
3. These false allegations about frank talking on the phone to someone about killing someone. Is this the court case where his kids testified against him and frank sr wanted to be his own lawyer so that he could stare at them while they told there stories?
4. Here we are again with these “CRACK COCAINE” statements. Where are these records again??? I’m sorry but I can’t take your word or franks on this one. Sorry. Melissa VOLUNTEERED for drug testing through the family courts and it was negative each and every time so lets here some more lies.
5. Oh it’s a motorcycle club now. LOL I think they meet at the rotary club on Tuesdays. LOL. Okay seriously Why did pagans show up at several of Melissa’s co-workers houses looking for Melissa stating that frank was looking for her when she was trying to work full time even though she was being harassed in this manner.
6. Refer to #5. When people are knocking on doors looking to kill you and your kids why would you go to exactly where they know you will be at an exact time and date???
7. This is funny. The family decided to close their only way of making money out of the kindness of their hearts and give back the liquor license. LOL Anyone can go on google and lookup bulldozers liquor license and see ALL the violations they were faced with when the license was REVOKED.
8. Yes frank did have a dui and he lost his license. He was driving around Smyrna without a drivers license.
9. Straight A’s I’m impressed. I can’t imagine how they got straight A’s when they were at home that much. How did they get there?
10. Here we go again with the “everyone knew it” statements. Let people see the school reports and we will see some truth.
11. You have this doctors report but no one else has seen it. Sounds suspicious. I guess I will have to take your word for it. I mean after all it’s not like you have a criminal record ? Right?
12. Oh yea the old I’m caring for the children statement. Check the school records about how much the kids were cared for when they lived behind a BAR with frank.
13. Frank is trying his best to look like a victim here. He called a news conference when him and Melissa went to court. I notice he did not want the transcript of the court hearing in January released so that everyone could hear what the kids told the judge. Release these transcripts and we shall see what the kids think……
14. here is your ole’ standby defense. the “:CRACK COCAINE” statement. see #4. I guess you think people are stupid and will belief your drug claims if you lie about it enough. WHERE are these documents you talk about. Really lets see them…
15. Oh here is the other standby defense. Frank is a victim here. Frank has always been a victim from when he was arrested in Pennsylvania multiple times to now when he was arrested in Delaware multiple times. Weird arrested multiple times in TWO different states, I guess Pennsylvania and Delaware are just picking on him.
Now how about we tell the people of Delaware about the $64,000 that Melissa put on here credit cards to pay Franks back child support for his first kid in Pa so that he could run for governor without a warrant for his arrest. Should I say more or What.
P.S. You would have had me arrested if any of this was untrue but you can’t because it is true so stop with the threats that you and frank are good at and put your money where your mouth is.

The “Infante” kids are no longer missing. They were in family court today an were seen by Judge Blades. They went home with Melissa Simcox who is their sole custody parent.

I personally know all three of these people, and 2 of them I don’t even, know who they are any more. They have both totally lost their focus on life and what is important. Revenge is not the important think here but it seems to be their focus. Thank the Lord the kids are where they finally belong.
