Afraid of what, Mr. Bill? Learning how to live without acrimony towards those who are “not of this great land of ours”…or even those who are but of different cultural or ethnic heritage? Please! This IS a great land with mostly great people but it is we who think that, not necessarily others. Why inspire an imperative for everyone to “be like us”? Perhaps if we accepted others just as they are, learned from them and their experience as well as teach them ours, we’d have a much more peaceful co-existence. I don’t favour a “one world government” but if it were to be, let it be representative and accepting of all cultures not a homogeneous global society. Let us all have pride in where we live, where we came from, the traditions, cultures and languages (oh, yeah…including spellings) of our birthright or even ancestry…whether it’s Poughkeepsie, Rotorua, Senegal. Nara, Kirkuk…or Edinburgh.

Conservatives sure are easy to scare. This is a program designed to show teachers how to deal with issue of race in classrooms, and for some reason, Colley is a afraid of it.
Just relax. Teachers just want to be sure that their classrooms are safe and supportive environments for every kid. To me, that seems like a good thing.

Easy to scare? With good reason; just look at the next blog post regarding Uof D. It’s not far fetched. Destrying the western civilization strengths of God, family and freedom have been the stated goals of communism since the beginning. The useful idiots of the left are marching us straight toward totalitarianism.

There is something big here that simply does not compute when tested by reason. That is what is really scary!!!
We’ll just have to wait and see what November of 2008 produces.

And with good reason. These ridiculously laughable “lectures” do more to FOSTER racism than they can ever hope to eradicate it. Trust me, I’ve seen ‘em, attended ‘em, participated in ‘em. They do not want discussion nor most especially dissension. They want a captive — and accepting — audience.
Just like the University of Delaware wants.
