		<description>I can see the tie to Henry in the Delaware Liberty Fund's 2004 report but the link to the 2006 report is for a different PAC altogether, it's a link to the Delaware Foundation for Legislative Action's 2006 30 Day Primary Report, and it's linked that way straight from the DOE's website too so the "oversight" is almost understandable ...

Cloutier's reports from 2006 show no such contributor as the Delaware Liberty Fund, which makes sense because the allegation is based on the report of a different PAC as stated above.

Henry's 30 Day General Report from 2004 confirms the allegation.</description>
