One of three Mike Miller 2008 campaign signs I spotted on Route One around Lincoln, Delaware.
…because the best this guy could do against Castle was like 31%.
UPDATE: Way more on Route One than just those three signs I saw the first time. And they’re on Route 5 in Harbeson, too.

It doesn’t appear to indicate any particular office being sought, must be POTUS if you figure in the sign laws, 30 days prior to and 30 days after the election …

I figured Congress since the sign was outside of what would be his State House District…and would you really follow election law if you don’t follow other laws?

The governor says that Miller would move the country forward and bring change to the House of Representatives.

Congress, and State House district ?
We only have one member of the US House, i.e., Congress, if it’s in Delaware it’s in the district …

I didn’t express that well.
I figured Miller was running for Congress against Castle since the campaign signs weren’t in the district where Miller lives.
But maybe Miller isn’t running for office at all, maybe he just wants to remind people it’s 2008 and he’s still a Democrat.

Gotcha now on the district issue, and Kudos to Miller on that reminder, a lot of folks end up making mistakes with writing out the year after the holiday. Interesting way to issue a PSA though …
