Ever wake up with one of these in your yard? I did.

The stick has GPS coordinates on it and the story is that the arrows are markings for new aerial photographs of the county, and, *whew* not the proposed path of something that would go through my living room… I’m just happy there isn’t a gigantic “X” on my roof. (See Mom, over four decades of watching Buggs Bunny cartoons taught me something.)

Ive been seeing a lot of these lately, including one so close to the shoreline it was partially submerged (later I saw the same stick washed a few hundred feet into Delaware). I sure hope this information isn’t being used for anything important as I have absolutely no confidence that these people know what they are doing.

I always move them about 5 feet to the right.

I was wondering where the Aliens would be landing.

The markers and aerial photos are for DelDot….they are trying to locate Five Points.
