Hey Frank, ha ha.. Thanks! -- Yeah, well, I'm glad to know that some people feel in the loop aswell.

To be honest, I liked having John in on Fridays, but, he always did it just as a volunteer, and there was mixed reaction to it -- Some people really liked it, some thought he was sort of condesending, some thought it was too light, if you know what I mean.

To WGMD's credit, though, no one ever questioned me having him come in the studio for free on friday's... Which is a great thing about creative freedom. But, alas, there is no controversy this time. John is just a really busy guy and he simply e-mailed me one day and said he was just too busy to hang out with us on friday's any longer. He told me that he just felt too busy to be prepared to come in and do a quality show, plus his team trivia business keeps him up all hours of the night. Who can blame him? You can check out his Web site at delmarvadj.com. My favorite segment with John was the day we did the "Man Mall" -- I just thought that was so much fun.

It's a mixed bag with two people shows sometimes and since it was just in his spare time, for fun or whatever, it just wasn't a big priority for anyone. I did like him as my fill-in though, although, Maria's a great person aswell!

I've had a few people approach me about wanting to be a sidekick or what have you, but, I really feel like my callers are my sidekicks, you know?

Thanks again, brother or should I say "dog"

No Jared it was fun to listen to also. You crack me up guy. Sometimes I think maybe I am the only one getting the joke, because so many of the callers are out of the loop. The caller that you kept repeating the way they said "doog" had no clue, and yet I had tears in my eyes from laughing so hard. And while I'm here and talking about funny, What happened to John Mixon , I truly miss you guys on Friday. Or is this another behind the curtain thing you are under penalty of death if revealed?
