Giving driver licenses to illegal aliens is moronic! What is Judge Bill Lee thinking?

As a personal matter of safety on the highway, I would prefer that other operators, who are non-nationals residing in Delaware, have proved that they have passed the requirements to operate a vehicle on our highways.
A special license can be issued that declares that citizenship status is not asserted with the license or a box that says that citizen status is not determined. It would provide law enforcement with a name, address, photo and physical description in the case of need for such information.
It would only declare that the holder has passed the tests required for such a license.
