The Mysterious Case of Red Sonia

May 31st, 2009 by Bill Colley

This morning I’m watching Face the Nation.  The host asked a left-wing Senator from California a question.  “Senator, you’re for uh-bor…  A woman’s right to choose…”  Guess he had it right the first time.

Then he introduced New York Times columnist David Brooks as a conservative.  Brooks last fall was openly cheerleading for the Obama campaign.  This is the mainstream media’s view from the “center”.  It’s a bit like watching firemen play push ball.  One team has pushed the ball another quarter of the way down the line and insist it’s the new center.

It could be worse.  George Snuffluppugguss over at ABC doesn’t even try and play for the center.  He worked for the Clintons.  Tim Russert was a leftist radical.  Where does all of this end?

Some of the talented can’t work because they’ve got white skin and male organs and it’s considered O.K. because 300 hundred years ago someone with a resemblance to me was mean to someone with more pigment under their top layer of skin.  This justifies the current insanity?

Seriously, I completely understand why some people take to the hills and wall of the world.
