Can You Identify this Shoplifting Suspect Near Rehoboth?

Your help is needed to identify a man wanted in connection with shoplifting in the Rehoboth area last Friday afternoon. Delaware State Police say the suspect went into the Marshalls on Coastal Highway just before 2pm and took several pairs of tennis shoes and left without paying.
