Stopping violence before it happens will be the topic today at a day-long conference in Dover.

Delaware middle school educators, community leaders, domestic violence prevention advocates and sponsors BlackRock, Child Inc., the Delaware Center for Justice, and the Delaware Coalition Against Domestic Violence, along with experts in education, media, mentoring, and prevention, will attend the “Skills for Change” Conference.

Attendees will discuss ways to identify and resist barriers and stereotypes and promote the formation of safe, healthy relationships free of violence.
