NOT the best of days to have a water main break. But that’s exactly what happened in Salisbury this morning around 7 o’clock at 207 Lincoln Avenue. 

The road between Madison Street and Jackson Street is closed to all traffic, while workers repair the break; they hope to have the work done by 1 this afternoon.
