Vodka Stolen in Dover Liquor Store Robbery

Delaware State Police are investigating a Saturday afternoon robbery at Mr. B’s Wine and Spirits in Dover.

Police say the incident occurred around 2 p.m. when the suspect entered the liquor store on East Lebanon Road, confronted the employee and implied he had a gun. The suspect then went to the vodka aisle and removed three bottles of vodka from the shelf and started to leave the store; police say he was confronted by the employee who was armed with a baseball bat.

The suspect was able to get out of the store; police say he's African American, 20 to 30-years-old, 5’8” to 6’ tall, weighing about 145 to 160 pounds.
