Delaware State Police today are notifying Dover residents of a homeless sex offender.

Police say 25-year-old David Caldwell is NOT wanted; he is however a Tier III or high risk sex offender who has registered as homeless in Dover.

If you have information tat Caldwell is occupying a residence, you’re asked to call police immediately.
