A Felton man has been arrested for forging a check.

19-year-old Zachary Thacker turned himself in to Harrington Police on Tuesday. Police say back in October, Thacker stole a check and attempted to cash it, but the person he stole the check from stopped the payment on the check.

Thacker has been charged with second-degree forgery and attempted theft under $1,500. He’s been released on $3,000 bond.
