DelDOT says portions of Prime Hook Road near Milton are already under water, making the road impassable.

There is a coastal flood warning in effect for Sussex and Kent Counties from 4 p.m. today through 11 a.m. Saturday. Moderate flooding is expected along the beaches and in other areas that are prone to flooding throughout the day today.
