CBS TV-3 in Philly is reporting today that New Castle County Police have arrested a Wilmington man who allegedly fired several gunshots from his home toward I-95 Thursday night.

Police say 46-year-old Brian Szymanski lives in the Green Acres Community on Tulane Road, about 100 yards from I-95.

Police say residents reported hearing gunshots and seeing Szymanski come out of his house with a shotgun.

Police seized four guns from Szymanski’s home.

Luckily, no one was injured in the incident.

Szymanski was charged with 1st degree reckless endangerment, discharging rifles or other explosives and receiving a stolen firearm. He was released after posting $8,250 bail.
