For the past 3 years, Jennifer Ranji has been the Governor’s Educational Police Advisor. She’s been the lead person in the Race to the Top initiatives and has worked closely with the Department of Education, Department of Services for Children, Youth and Families and other agencies. Governor Markell has nominated her for the Secretary of the State Department of Services for Children, Youth and their Families. She will replace Vivian Rapposelli who resigned after being appointed to a judgeship.
