A Harrington man has been arrested for theft of a vehicle.  Harrington Police say 28 year old Joshua Wilson left a Delaware Avenue home in the victim’s vehicle and refused to bring it back.  Several hours later State Police located the vehicle and arrested Wilson, who was turned over to Harrington Police.  Wilson is free on $1000 unsecured bond.
