Delaware State Police have identified a man who was rollerblading in Rehoboth Saturday night when he was hit by a car which then left the scene. Police say 55-year-old Robert Flanagan of Dover is at Christiana Hospital in critical condition.

Police say Flanagan was rollerblading along the shoulder of Rehoboth Avenue near Church Street around 8 o’clock when he was struck by the car; the driver then left the scene; police are still looking for the driver.
