DATE Enforcement raided a Delmar bar that was involved in illegal gambling.  Officials went into the Sports Nut Restaurant and Pub Saturday and arrested 35 year old Delmar man after a complaint about illegal gambling machines in the establishment.  During an investigation DATE found 2 machines in a private smoking room in the kitchen area with patrons playing them.  Financial records, 4 machines and $733 in cash were seized.  55 year old James Daley, the owner was arrested and charged with possession of an illegal gambling device and providing a premises for gambling.  He is free on $750 unsecured bail.
