UPDATED:  1pm  - A case review scheduled for former 19th District State Senate candidate Eric Bodenweiser has again been continued - for the 4th time - in Sussex County Superior Court in Georgetown. Bodenweiser is charged with 113 felony sex offenses against a child that occurred between 1987 and 1990.  He has pleaded not guilty.  Trial is scheduled to begin on May 13.

Former State Senate candidate Eric Bodenweiser will be in court today for a case review.

Bodenweiser’s case review has been continued twice. He’s been charged with 113 felony sex charges against a child. His trial is scheduled to begin on May 13. The case reviews will begin at 9 o'clock this morning.
