Capitol Police have arrested a 56 year old New Castle man in connection with a bomb threat at the New Castle County Courthouse on March 21.  Police say Martin Brand allegedly was denied entry because he was carrying a cell phone and then yelled that he was going to bomb the place in the front lobby.  Brand was arrested and charged with terroristic threatening.  He’s free on $2000 unsecured bond.
