Gov. Markell Nominates Judge Andrea Rocanelli to Supreme Court in NCCo

Governor Jack Markell has nominated Judge Andrea Rocanelli for appointment to the State Superior Court – to fill a vacancy left by the retirement of Judge Jerome Herlihy.  Judge Rocanelli has served as a judge on the Court of Common Pleas since 2009.  She is also responsible for the Court’s Drug Diversion Program in New Castle County.   Her nomination has to be confirmed by the state Senate.
