DNREC Enforcement Agents were called for 54 complaints last week – and issued 44 citations.  Enforcement Agents were called for a swamped boat on December 29 in the Little Creek impoundment near Dover.  27 year old Chad Cutlip of Dover and 2 passengers were found with no apparent injuries and declined medical treatment.  Officials say the boat swamped because it was overloaded.  Cutlip was cited for negligent operation of a vessel.
