Delaware State Police are investigating an accident Friday night on Route 24 in Long Neck.

Just before 6:20 p.m. Friday, Indian River firefighters were responded to a two-vehicle crash at the intersection of Route 24 and Bay Farm Road, near the Harris Teeter Shopping Center. Firefighters say an SUV rear-ended a car. The occupants of the vehicles declined medical treatment at the scene of the crash.
