DelDOT is closing a median crossover on Route 113 to make the roadway safer. The angle crossovers at the intersection of Route 113 and Kruger and Woods Branch Roads south of Georgetown are being closed. The permanent closure will take place on October 16, however signs alerting drivers to the closure have already gone up. Since 2008 there have been 18 angle crashes at the intersection. For people who usually use the intersection – you will have to go north or south of it and make a U-Turn and travel back.
