State Police are looking for a sex offender who has failed to verify his current address with the Sex offender Apprehension and Registration Unit.  63 year old Albert Flemming of Wilmington is a Tier 2 or moderate risk sex offender.   He is black, 6’ 1” and 180 pounds with black hair and brown eyes.  If you know where Flemming is – contact the SOAR Unit at 302-741-8085.
