Corrections officials are looking for 21 year old Devon Brown of Wilmington, who left the Plummer Community Corrections Center Wednesday without authorization.  A headcount confirmed that he was not in the facility.  Brown is black, 6-feet tall and 165 pounds with brown eyes and hair.  He’s been at the PCCC since November serving a 6-month sentence for a violation of parole on an original drug charge.  Anyone who knows where Brown is should call local police.
