State Police have arrested a 19 year old Newark man on drug charges.  Police went into a Newark home with a search warrant and seized over 4000 bags of heroin, over $5000 in cash and a handgun and a loaded large-capacity rifle magazine.  Gerardo Hernandez is charged with drug and weapons violations and is being held in default of $50,000 cash bail.
