Another gambling device has been found at a Wilmington service station.  After receiving a complaint, the Division of Gaming Enforcement arrested a Hockessin man for possession of a gambling devise and providing a premises to another for gambling.  DATE officers seized the device and Karan Gupta was charged.  He’s free on an unsecured bond pending trial at a later date.
