Keno will debut in Delaware on Tuesday – making it the 14th state to offer the fast-paced bingo style game.  Keno will be offered at over 70 new and existing retail locations throughout the state, but a kick off party will be held from 3 to 5pm at Frazier’s Restaurant in Dover – with a free play hour from 3 to 4pm.
