Harrington Police arrested a Millsboro man yesterday – twice.  Police were called to a Thomas Street home for a burglary where the victim said someone forced their way into the garage – damaging a door – and tried to enter the home.  Police identified 18 year old Benjamin Beyer of Millsboro as the suspect and located him on Clark Street.  When police tried to arrest Beyer – he resisted and the officer used his taser.  Beyer was taken to SCI, but the Harrington officer was called back to the prison after Beyer was found with a pill bottle with 31 Oxycodone pills hidden in his groin area.  Beyer was then charged with possession of a controlled substance and his bond increased.  He remains at SCI.
