Con artist strikes again in Lewes

Delaware State Police are searching for a con artist who has ripped people off from Lewes to Milford. They say Constance Daley accepted payment for a painting and power wash job in the Lewes Landing development last June. However, Daley never returned to complete the work. Police say she has pulled similar schemes in the Milford area as well. Daley is a white female with brown hair and brown eyes. Anyone who knows of her whereabouts are asked to contact State Police.
