Crash Near Harbeson Leaves Seaford Man Dead

A crash on Harbeson Road near the intersection with Rust Road has left one person dead. Delaware State Police continue to investigate, but say that just after 6:30 this morning a pickup truck, driven by an 18 year old Milton man, was northbound on Harbeson Road and crossed the center line and struck a Ford Ranger, driven by a 53 year old Seaford man, nearly head on. The Milton man was not wearing a seat belt and was taken to Beebe Medical Center in serious condition. The driver of the Ranger was properly restrained, but was trapped in the vehicle – he was pronounced dead at the scene.
